Files: Opening a File

From the Project Manager panel, you can open any file that is listed in the other folder. This is useful if you want to use Chameleon to examine or update a VMD file that your script is using.

To open a file:

• In the other folder, locate the name of the file, and position the cursor over the arrow next to the name. A popup menu appears:

• From this popup menu, select Get. The standard dialog box supplied by your operating system appears.
• Use this dialog box to open your file.
