Hi, we have updated to the newest version 5.6.17, and now we seem to have a strange issue with the Iguana log API: It seems that the HTTP parameters are not working at all.
E.g. we have a query:
http://localhost:6543/api_query?UserName=SomeUser&Password=SomePassword&source=Some%20Channel%20Name&after=2015/01/06&before=2015/01/08&type=errors&Format=xml
But we always get all log messages, they are not filtered according to the channel name, date or type.
The result is no different from a simple http://localhost:6543/api_query call.
The only difference is that if no user is currently logged in, we are taken to the log-in screen.
Are we doing anything wrong?
No you are not sorry. The API was broken in release 5.6.17. The bug has been resolved in 5.6.18 which was released on the 9th of January.
Hi Eliot,
OK, I’m relieved that we are not crazy here… I’ll grab the new version today!
Thanks for the quick reply, and kind regards
Robin
