Query regarding an article on iNTERFACEWARE website

  • Hello,

    I came across this article:
    http://help.interfaceware.com/kb/1079

The vmd included in the split_Text_Translator.zip provided in this link has some kind of special configuration because of which

    OBX[i][1]
    OBX[i][2]
    etc are working.
(I have attached the provided vmd in this post, Please find attached)
Could you please tell what is done in that vmd to make this happen ? Creating a vmd with the same message definition and segments does not work, there is something extra done in that vmd which I can not see. Can any one please help me with that ? Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you

The OBX is set as a repeating segment in the message grammar. And the individual fields are always addressable by their numeric index . . . if that’s not what you’re asking about, I’m not sure what you mean.
