Update of excel adapter for 64 bit Excel on OS X

Microsoft quietly changed Excel on Mac from 32 bits to 64 bits. This broke the “Declare” shared library bindings that the OS X version of the bindings was using to call “popen” to invoke Curl. I have fixed it.

Translation – the excel adapter now works on OS X again with the latest version of Microsoft Excel.
