The builtin Iguana Date/Time repository contains example channels that demonstrate processing dates and times. This includes things like: calculating age from date of birth, how to parse date and time in various formats, using Julian dates, etc.

Simply import the channels that you are interested in, review the comments in the code, and read the corresponding article in this section of the documentation.
