The builtin Iguana Protocols repository contains example channels that demonstrate modules working with various common protocols like HL7, XML etc. This includes things like: parsing and serialize JSON and CDA files, create a CDA, several channels demonstrating HL7 techniques, etc.

Simply import the channels that you are interested in, review the comments in the code, and read the corresponding article in this section of the documentation.
