Creating a ReadOnly Role for accessing Translators

  • I would like to create a role that would allow a user to have read-only access to translator projects.
They should be able to enter the translator IDE and review all Lua code, but not be able to edit any of the code or its status in Git.

I can’t see anyway to do that. It appears that the only access you can give to the translator is fully editable.

    Can this be done?

    Thanks,
    Casey.

I’m not aware of any way to do this directly in Iguana. However, if you get in the habit of exporting your channels to an external repository or shared filesystem, you could import them to another instance of Iguana for review. This would allow you to keep the production environment completely locked down.

Yeah – I thought that might be the only option.
    Thanks for chiming in, Jeff.
