Log export button is not working

I’m trying to export failed messaged to a flat file so that I can resubmit them in bulk. I’ve entered my Search criteria to select the messages I am interested in and selected “One entry per line” for the format”. When I click the “Export” button, nothing happens. No error message, nothing. This client has an older version of IE loaded, so I loaded Chrome. Same result. Any ideas?
It’s a known bug in 5.6.11.
I believe this is fixed in 5.6.12 which is already on our download site:
